Cancellation and Return Policy
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For this Cancellation and Return Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pink Box Jewels Private Limited.
"You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
"App" refers to Pink Box mobile application.
"Goods" refer to the items offered for sale on the app.
"Service" refers to e-commerce purchase and delivery provided through our app.
"Order" means a request by you to purchase goods from the company.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an order please review our policy on cancellation, returns and refunds. The following terms are applicable for all goods that you purchase from our app.
Cancellation
After placing an order, cancellation is not accepted. However, if you receive a product which is damaged or have any quality issues, customers can reach out to us and we'll help you resolve the issue by either replacing or refunding the product. If that is the case, please read ahead.All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by the Company, which reserves the right to reject any order for any or no reason.
Damages and Issues
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately on the same day (within 24 hours) the item got delivered, please record unaltered/unedited unboxing video clips of the damaged products before raising a request for Return/Exchange to us.
Upon reviewing the unboxing video of the damaged products we'll process a refund/exchange from our end and will notify you the same.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, product must qualify the clauses mentioned in the Damages and Issues section and your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Replacement and Refund
Return is applicable only on
- Defective or damaged products.
- If the product does not match the specifications mentioned or if parts are missing.
No returns are allowed for any other reason whatsoever.
